Nestle, the world’s leading nutrition, health and wellness company, is currently looking for bright and highly motivated professionals for the position of Senior Brand manager (Confectionary)


Main purpose:

  • Build, drive and maintain the respective brands working in the team with other involved functions (CCSD, Sales, Media and Research services, agencies).

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyse business performance, including Market Share, Distribution, Volume, Value, brand health indexes, and identify new opportunities for Brand development;
  • Develop and implement brand plans;
  • Identify new opportunities for Innovation & renovation and guide the process;
  • Guide all involved functions to implement quickly and efficiently the marketing activities;
  • Develop an efficient communication network with functions key to the delivery of the brand plans: other marketing categories, CCSD, Sales, advertising agencies, demand planning, media & research services, factories;
  • Use SAP to support business processes;
  • Make the brand management decisions (portfolio, pricing, advertising and promotional activities) together with Marketing Manager.

Требования к опыту

  • University Degree;
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in brand management;
  • Fluent English;
  • Advanced marketing knowledge and skills;
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills;
  • Extensive knowledge of brands and products.
